If the behaviour of another member is giving you cause for concern, please complete the following form, with as much detail as possible. All complaints are treated in confidence, and will be resolved by a senior member of our support team as quickly as possible. At our sole discretion, we may warn, suspend or delete any members profile where allegations of inappropriate behaviour have been reported.

If you need to report a more serious incident, such as an attack, a missing person, or if you feel that your safety is at immediate risk, then we would always advise you to contact the police immediately, and then let our Customer Support Team know using the form below or by calling us on 0800 025 0073.

Please note that this form and the free phone number above should only be used to report other members inappropriate behaviour.
